310 Stainless Steel is an austenitic stainless steel. 310 combines good weldability and ductility with great high temperature properties. Containing a high content of Nickel and Chromium 310 has good corrosion resistance, excellent resistance to oxidation and strength up to 2100°F. The higher Chromium and Nickel make this a superior stainless steel when compared to 304 or 309.
